All about teenage pregnancy

She was young and beautiful.

Neha (Fake Name - but inspired by true story) was doing great in her first year in college.
They were a small, happy family (mother, father and herself) but one day when her dad was travelling for a meeting, he met with a brutal accident.

Her mom got the bad news, tears started rolling down her mom’s eyes and Neha was in the college attending her lectures of fyjc (first year of junior college) 


Neha got a call but since lecture was going on, she didn't receive the call and couldn't check the texts.When the lecture got over, she called her mom and even she got the bad news about her dad that he is no more and without wasting time she rushed to the hospital




After a few weeks, everything came back to normal. Neha started attending college and her mother used to be at home. Since Neha's dad was the only person to earn in the family there were financial crisis, her mom started going to work.



It was not easy for Neha.As she was a teenager, she took more time to cope with the situation. 
Every day she used to simply go to college without interacting with anyone. Then she came across (Rahul-Fake Name) in college who just approached her because he used to observe her everyday that something is wrong with her.
They became friends.After few months Neha fell in love with him because Rahul had similar qualities as that of her dad. She fell in love with the way Rahul would treat her. He was as loving and caring as her dad. (As I mentioned in the first line - one day everything changed)



That day when Rahul visited Neha at her place, it was a Saturday and her mom used to know him. Neha's mom had to leave for work. This leaves the two of them home alone. The two took advantage of the situation and made love to each other.

After a week, Neha started to feel dizzy. She was sick 

Neha knew something was wrong. She had an idea, though. Without waiting any longer, she went in the market to buy a pregnancy detection kit and got herself tested. The results were positive. This scared her. She didn’t know how to handle the situation. She didn’t know if she could confide in anyone. 


She was shocked and stressed andin no time, she texted Rahul. Neha and Rahul discussed the situation. It was very clear that Rahul wasn’t ready for this. Rahul in no time switched off his phone and blocked her number. She had no option other than sharing it with her mom about the situation though it was not easy. 




Neha's mom was unhappy about it, embarrassed but in a way, she was happy that her daughter is not coward and did not take any huge step like committing a suicide. She was proud of her though, she had no other option than getting an abortion done.

Why would a urine pregnancy test positive but was not seen in the ultrasound?
